Deba Harper Leads CHAMP Innovation and is the architect of Raise the BAR™ Trusted AI Diagnostic. She brings more than 30 years of experience in emerging technology, systems transformation, and governance strategy.
Known as a Systems Shifter, Deba has led complex operational modernization initiatives spanning aerospace, global entertainment innovation, enterprise systems, workforce development, and social impact infrastructure. From contributing to early space shuttle engineering environments to helping launch the global DVD industry, her career has centered on aligning people, process, and technology to drive scalable results.
Today, she applies that expertise to help organizations strengthen operational maturity, data governance, workflow efficiency, and executive readiness for responsible AI implementation. Deba’s leadership positions CHAMP Innovation as more than an AI consultancy—it is a governance-first strategic partner helping organizations build trusted systems for sustainable innovation and executive decision-making.
